At Johnson & Johnson, I led corporate brand design across governance, communications, digital, environments, and motion, directing a five-person team with an extended team of twelve.

I defined the transformation need, wrote the partner brief and RFP, helped select Wolff Olins, then led the internal design partnership and enterprise adoption. The agency authored the identity; my role was to turn it into a durable system for a newly unified master brand.
